INVITATION

The Center for Biotechnology (CeBiTec) of Bielefeld University cordially invites you to attend the 6th CeBiTec Symposium entitled "Genome-based Microbiology: From -omics Research to Systems and Synthetic Biology". The conference will be held at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research (ZiF) of Bielefeld University from July 18th to 20th, 2011. Thematically, the conference covers the spectrum from microbial genomics and postgenomics to systems and synthetic biology. In addition, novel technological developments in next-generation high-throughput sequencing will be presented.

The major topics to be addressed are::

Registration

Please register to the conference by using the ONLINE REGISTRATION . Alternatively,registration by fax or e-mail employing the REGISTRATION FORM is possible. Conference participants may present their work in poster sessions. Please indicate whether you would be willing to give an additional oral presentation. Talks will be selected on the basis of submitted poster abstracts. The deadline for registration is July 10th, 2010. After that, registration is possible at your arrival at the symposium if the registration fee is paid in cash. Abstracts submitted after July 8th will not be included in the program booklet, but will be added to it  as single sheets
