Using the Bielefeld Installation over the web

We provide a web interface to the latest production version of EMMA at Bielefeld University. In the framework of a collaboration (or common project) you can use this platform and the respective compute infrastructure for analyzing your data.

We maintain the software, the tools, the sequence databases and run nightly backups of all data.
