Overview and Login

After you have logged in using the login screen, you will be able to select the project you wish to work on from a list of projects available to you. This project list is maintained via our GPMS system. After this selection, the annotation can be carried out in basically 6 steps:
- Selecting a contig
- Selecting a region to be annotated
- Analyzing the observations
- Editing the region
- Annotating the region
