title		Integrating RNAseq Data with AUGUSTUS
abstract		AUGUSTUS is one of the most accurate tools for predicting gene structures in eukaryotic genome sequences. Initiated by the RNAseq Genome Annotation Assessment Project, we developed a pipeline for integrating RNAseq data into structural gene prediction with AUGUSTUS. We will present the workflow of our pipeline and discuss accuracy results.
