From 2D Bioinformatics to 4D Systems Biology

  Dr. Sensen is a Professor for Bioinformatics at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Medicine.
He will present an overview of Bioinformatics Tools, which are being created in his laboratory in support of Genome Canada research projects.
This will include Genome Analysis and Annotation systems (2D Bioinformatics) and the use of spatio-temporal models for the understanding of more complex biological and medical phenomena (4D Bioinformatics).
