Press Release of Roche: Sequencing of the genome of Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii in Bielefeld

A single sequencing run, generated during the installation of the new Genome Sequencer FLX System at the CeBiTec, has been used to completely assemble and characterize the genome of Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii.
